Practice for the 2022 World Cup with Promotional Sport Balls!

This morning, FIFA announced that Russia and Qatar will host the 2018 and 2022 World Cup tournaments, disappointing soccer fans all over the Western Hemisphere.  The organization’s choice to hold the 2022 World Cup in a tiny Middle Eastern emirate makes Qatar the event’s first Muslim host country, and it promises to be memorable for other reasons as well: the Qatari royal family has pledged to spend $4 billion to build 9 stadiums, renovate 3 others and install state-of-the-art outdoor air conditioning systems in all 12 to combat the intense heat the region normally experiences during the summer months – temperatures often climb to 120 degrees during the day.

During the next 12 years, Qatar will spend an additional $50 billion getting ready for the tournament, and you can prepare too by spending that time practicing your footballing skills with promotional sport balls – there’s plenty of time to perfect your skills and try out for your country’s national team!

Custom Hats to Cover Tom Brady’s Receding Hairline

There is much buzz on the internet today regarding New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady and whether or not he is visiting a hair restoration clinic. Tom could definitely disguise his dilemma much cheaper by wearing custom hats. I am sure most fans wouldn’t mind looking at him in a custom hat instead of the long shaggy ‘do he is currently sporting. Custom hats are also a great promotional gift idea for any companies wanting to give a product their clients and booth visitors will perceive has more value. What better exposure than having your logo sit atop the head of your consumers as they run their daily errands, or attend sporting events, or go just about anywhere around town. Even with a receeding hairline, Pinnacle has your back (or well, head..). Browse our best custom hats today and find the best hat to cover Tom Brady’s receeding hairline.

Acrylic Awards for Festivals and More

One of the best parts about living in Atlanta is attending the various festivals that take place from April until December. It seems like there is literally one or more festivals every weekend during those months; from neighborhood associations’ tours of homes and chili cook offs to art shows and beer tastings, there is always a fun way to spend time outdoors. While musical performances are a must for every festival, I think that it is the competitions that draw the biggest crowd. In fact, Battle of the Burgers and the Chomp N Stomp Chili Cook Off are two of the most beloved neighborhood festivities. Attendees buy tickets and walk around to the different booths, tasting the goodies before voting on who should win the “People’s Choice Best of Atlanta” designation. At the end of the day, the winning chefs are rewarded with sophisticated acrylic awards for their hard work. When displayed in the chefs’ restaurants, these acrylic awards provide a sense of pride for the winner, a form of advertisement for the festival organizers, and a feeling of camaraderie for the entire neighborhood.

Gobble Up Promotional Athletic Apparel Now!

Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday, eat a ton and there’s no need to break the bank buying gifts! It’s a holiday solely for eating and being with loved ones. For me, Thanksgiving involves hanging out with my favorite people in the world, my family.
The eat-athon begins at about one o’clock with the first course, which in any traditional Italian home is what else but pasta! The homemade pasta usually made by my grandmother or aunts is accompanied by meatballs, braciole, and sauce. Once the dishes of pasta are distributed and everyone is seated, some dig right in while others take quite a while to prepare the perfect plate sprinkled with grated parmesan and hot pepper. Mangia!

After the food coma sets in from course number one, cleaning and naps are in progress and soon the preparation of course number two. The second course is another whole meal in itself, turkey and all the fixins’. One of my favorite parts about round two is watching my Brother and Uncles try the hot peppers made by my Nana. The hotter the pepper the more bread consumed adding to the already full bellies. Getting up from the table the second time I’m usually thinking I need some promotional athletic apparel to work off some of the weight this meal has put on. And this is before dessert has been served. Again, cleaning and naps are usually in progress with the coffee and dessert on its way. Pies, meringues, macaroons, and more are then lined up on the table waiting for anyone who has room for it. If there’s a blueberry pie on the table, I’m eating it! I should have my cell in on hand ready to purchase my promotional athletic apparel and a fork full of pie in the other. At least then I wouldn’t feel so bad because I do have the intension of working it off. By the end of our Thanksgiving dinner it’s usually pretty late, around 8 o’clock and we’re all very full and tired. Spending the day with my family on this great holiday is well worth the tireless preparation and slight weight gain, that’s what turkey is all about!

Happy Thanksgiving from Pinnacle Promotions! Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday so we won’t be blogging, but we’ll be back Monday with our usual news and insight related to the promotional products industry!

Fill Reusable Grocery Bags with Food for Hungry Mouths This Winter

Chloe and Lily with Pinnacle Reusable Grocery Bags

Chloe and Lily doing their part to contribute food to the Pinnacle Promotions Holiday Food Drive

For the past few weeks, Pinnacle has been holding a food drive to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank. We set a companywide goal of bringing in 100 non-perishable food items, and with everybody’s cooperation, we were able to exceed our goal by more than 40 items. With the Thanksgiving and holiday season upon us, Pinnacle’s staff members realized the importance of donating food to those local individuals less fortunate than ourselves.

Some of our employees even got their families involved in the initiative, as shown in the above photo of Chloe (6) and Lily (8), the daughters of Pinnacle VP of Sales, Daniel. Daniel and his adorable girls took a trip to the grocery store, reusable grocery bags in tow, to select an array of non-perishables listed by the Food Bank as most needed this time of year because of their high nutritional value. To learn more about Pinnacle’s food drive and to read several shocking statistics that may convince you to hold your own food drive this holiday season, keep reading…

Don’t Overlook Gift Bags this Holiday Season

Sure, we’ve all heard the old saying, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover,” but do we really listen? Many times, as I peruse the shelves at the library, I will put books down if the image on the front doesn’t intrigue me. Likewise, during the holiday season, I decide which presents to open first by their appearances. If the items are beautifully wrapped with bows or come in sophisticated gift bags stuffed with tissue, you can bet I will gravitate towards them first. Gift bags, and packaging in general, leave a lasting impression on recipients and should be part of a company’s larger marketing plan. Organizations can start thinking about gift bags as soon as they purchase their corporate holiday gifts, and choose the perfect look and size to fit their presents. Some product packaging can even be ironic. Have you ever ran into a situation like this one?
