Outstanding Employees Deserve Glass Awards; Customers Will Reap the Benefits

Think for a moment about the various touch points customers have with your organization- maybe your website, maybe an automated phone recording, maybe a monthly account statement. But at some point in time, most of your customers will interact with a living, breathing ambassador of your brand. In a world where processes are becoming increasingly less personal, it truly makes a difference to receive individual assistance from a trained professional.

New York Yankees introduce line of signature logo apparel

From the stadium to the streets, the New York Yankees certainly know how to get fans’ attention. They’ve won more World Series championships than any other team in Major League Baseball, they completed the 2009 regular season with the best overall record, and even non-baseball fans can’t avoid hearing about Alex Rodriguez’s love life (Madonna! Kate Hudson!) Earlier this month, the team increased media frenzy by unveiling a line of logo apparel at Yankee Stadium.

Congrats to contest winner Jill Henrichs!

Congratulations to Jill Henrichs, who won our contest to name Pinnacle’s summer barbecue series. Her winning name was “Pinnapalooza,” and our designers are currently busy creating a killer logo for it. The entire Pinnacle staff plus Jill will receive Pinnapalooza t-shirts.

In addition, Jill will receive a promotional grill set to enjoy at her own summer barbecues. If we’re lucky she’ll bring the grill set to Pinnacle and flip some burgers with her biggest fans.

Thanks for the great idea, Jill. Happy grilling!

If you’d like to hear about future contests, send an email to social [at] pinnaclepromotions.com.
