Unfortunately, the Vegetabrella is not a promotional product. It’s available on this Japanese website for 4,725 yen (about $55 USD – must be organic) and unbranded.
And while we can’t sell it to you, we do have a lot of things on our site that are just as cute. In fact, we have an entire category devoted to it.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Tropical Storm Isaac is now a Category 1 hurricane. Since we are smack dab in the middle of hurricane season, I thought I would help my readers out by suggesting a rain jacket to brave the upcoming storms.

This weekend my beloved iPhone 3GS met an untimely end when it slipped from my hand and landed on concrete screen first. When I picked it up, the screen was completely shattered and I was finally conviced it was time for a new phone . But any sadness of the loss of my 2 year old phone has been replaced by the accessory-craze I get each time I upgrade! For this phone, I’m thinking of taking a retro-vintage vibe with my accessory collection, contrasting all that ever-changing technology with a few timeless pieces (hence the low-fi title today). I know this is gonna seem like crazy talk… But the holiday’s are coming.
It’s true. They’ll be here before you know it. As we quickly head towards September, it’s a good time to really start thinking about your holiday gift giving. I recently had to answered the question, “What are three things you couldn’t live without?” and the first thing that came to mind was my iPhone. Cell phones and smartphones have become such an integral part of everyday life that I just can’t imagine life without them. Kids these days (wow, I feel old saying that) get their first phone in grade school! I personally got my first cell phone when I graduated college…but I digress. Well in my humble opinion, it’s one of the neatest and most affordable custom journals available at this time.
