This weekend I was reminded how much I love a good deal. The dress I had been eyeing for weeks finally went on sale and I was quick to grab one of the few pieces left in stock. I love the rush of getting something I’ve been looking for at a great price. So it’s with that spirit in mind, instead of doing my usual cool products I love feature, today I’ll showcase one of my favorite categories on our site: The Closeouts Category.
So I have to admit, I’m NOT the most organized person! Don’t get me wrong, I have good intentions but I always seem to have a couple messy drawers and my car is horrible at the moment. Now that we are into the swing of autumn, I am starting to think about useful and fun gifts for my loved ones. When I saw this unique apron with all its bells and whistles I thought of a special someone.
The leaves are changing here in Atlanta and that means I’m scheduling my yearly pilgrimage into the mountains of North Carolina for some great views of the changing foliage and to do some light hiking and sightseeing.
We have one specific campground that we’ve made part of our tradition to stop and enjoy a nice river-side lunch by. This year instead of dashing to the nearest convenience store because no one remembered to buy and pack food beforehand, I’m bringing along one of our awesome promotional coolers.

I was like a giddy school girl when the Go! Lunchtime container system appeared on my desk. This is not any ordinary receptacle to carry food in. With the weather changing pretty rapidly, and when I am motivated to bring my lunch, the Go! Lunchtime can accommodate soups, stews, chili -you name it!
After record setting high temperatures, Atlanta weather is once again acting fickle and we’re experiencing some of our coldest days so far which would have been fine if we hadn’t had lovely weather just a few short days ago. It’s one of those days where you just want to curl up on your sofa with a blanket, some hot chocolate, and cuddle up with your dog/cat/significant other and watch bad television.
Unfortunately, as laissez-faire as our company culture is here at Pinnacle, I don’t think they’d appreciate me building myself a blanket fort underneath my desk to watch movies on my iPhone. I can however snuggle up with the Travel Buddy Blanket at my desk (and maybe one of these awesome sweaters Megan blogged about) and keep nice and warm while I finish off this dreary Monday.
