Atlanta Pride Festival
Piedmont Park with parties around Atlanta. Saturday, 10:00 a.m.; Sunday parade begins at 1:00 p.m. Free. Off site parties may have additional charges.
The Atlanta Pride Festival, now it it’s 42nd year, is the largest gay pride event in the Southeast. This weeknd-long event features a marketplace in Piedmont Park, plenty of parties at various hotels, live music and of course, the Atlanta Pride Parade through Midtown on Sunday.

Candler Park Fall Fest
Candler Park. Saturday, 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Free.
The Candler Park Fall Fest is a fun neighborhood festival that includes artist booths, live music and a kids area. All of your favorite food trucks will be there to satisfy your appetite and Sweetwater will be providing the beer. Sunday’s musical headliner is legendary gospel singer Francine Reed.

Oakhurst Arts & Music Festival
Harmony Park. Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm. Free.
The Oakhurst Arts & Music festival is in it’s 15th year and for good reason. This family-friendly festival has an artist market, local artist, a community area, a children’s area and a great parade.

East Atlanta Zombie Crawl
East Atlanta Village. Saturday, 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. $13 pre-sale; $20 at the door. 21+.
Troll with the zombies in a 6-pub tour around East Atlanta Village. Your ticket unlocks exclusive drink specials, a Jagermeister shot glass and a discount to shop at Norcostco-a great place to shop for Halloween gear. Dress up for a chance to win spooky merchandise from Chambers of Horrors, The Walking Dead and more!

Jazzoo Atlanta
Zoo Atlanta. Saturday, 6:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. $125 regular tickets; $200 VIP Tickets.
Young professionals will enjoy heading to the zoo for a fun cocktail party with a very unique setting. There will be lots of Atlanta restaurants on hand providing great food (Spice Market, Tin Lizzy’s and D.B.A Barbecue just to name a few), a full open bar and four stages of live music. Proceeds will go to support Zoo Atlanta’s great ape programs. VIP Tickets include the opportunity to hand feed an elephant.

A3C Hip Hop Festival
Various locations. Thursday – Saturday, see website for schedule. 1 day pass $25 in advance; $35 at door. 3 day pass $50 in advance; $65 at door.
Hip Hop fans, check out the largest Hip Hop festival in the Southeast – the A3C Festival. This three day event takes place at various spots around the city and features artists such as Raekwon, Big Boi, Killer Mike any many, many more. There will be panels, film screenings and meet and greets. Pick up your pass at the Masquerade.
