The 6th Annual Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social
Peachtree Road Farmers Market. Saturday, 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. $15 for adults; $5 children 5-10; Free for kids 5 and under.
Are you an ice cream aficionado? If the answer is yes, head to the Peachtree Road Farmers Market on Saturday! Taste and vote for your favorite flavors from local chefs and crafty amateurs. Proceeds go to the Peachtree Road Farmers Market and the Atlanta Chapter of Slow Food International. Don’t forget to bring a spoon!

Rock-n-Ride
Downtown Atlanta. Saturday, 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Admission to the festival is free; $40 to join the ride.
Celebrate the hard work of our state’s First Responders with the 2nd Annual Rock-n-Ride. The ride kicks off at the Killer Creek Harley Davidson dealership and ends at the festival located between Peachtree and Ellis Streets. Enjoy live music, food vendors and more! Proceeds will go to Grady Health Foundation and the Gold Shield Foundation.

1st Annual Fried Pickle Eating Contest
Googie Burger. Saturday, 2:00 p.m.
You’ve heard of a hot dog eating contest, but what about a fried pickle eating contest? Googie Burger, located in the middle of Centennial Olympic Park, is holding their 1st Annual Fried Pickle Eating Contest this weekend! Contestants will have to eat as many crispy fried dill pickles accompanied by their fiery hot signature sauce in five minutes. Prizes include two Atlanta Falcons tickets, free burger and pickle combos at Googie Burger for the month of July and other fun stuff.
