Winter Wonderland
Fernbank Museum. Through January 6, Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibit is included with price of admission. $17.50 for adults; $16.50 for students and seniors with ID; $15.50 for children 3-12; free for children 2 and under and museum members.
Come celebrate the holiday season at Fernbank as part of their 3rd annual Winter Wonderland. There will be displays showcasing the traditions of the holiday season from all over the world. Children will enjoy riding the Santa-saurus Express train and having their picture taken with Santa-saurus, Fernbank’s holiday mascot.

Holiday Pajama Brunch at The Shed at Glenwood
The Shed at Glenwood. Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. $17.
Don your favorite pjs and head over to The Shed at Glenwood for a Holiday Pajama Brunch. The menu includes hot smoked salmon, french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, roasted potatoes, grits, chilaquiles, sliders and more. There will also be bottomless mimosas and bloody marys. Call to make a reservation.

End of the World Party
East Andrews. Friday, 7:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. $5 in advance; $10 at the door. 21+
If the world is ending on Friday, you might as well go out with a bang at the End of the World Party at East Andrews. The courtyard will be transformed into a Mayan Temple and there will be music from DJ Kidd Star and Ryan Hickey & The Saints as well as $3 shots and $3 beers.

Buckhead Santa Pub Crawl
5 Paces Inn. Saturday, 6:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. $20. 21+
What’s more fun than a pub crawl with all your friends? A pub crawl with all your friends dressed in santa suits, that’s what. Join other aspiring St. Nicks as they walk (or crawl) to seven different Buckhead bars. There will be two bands and five djs and the price includes five holiday themed shots. Be sure to bring a toy or two which will be collected for Toys for Tots.

Home for the Holidays Super Pet Adoption
North Atlanta Trade Center. Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Free.
This Saturday head to the Home for the Holidays Super Pet Adoption and find a furry companion to share the holidays (and many more holidays to come!) with. Over 200 adoptable pets will be at the North Atlanta Trade Center ready to find their forever homes. Not only can you adopt at this event, there will be question and answer sessions with trainer, pet photos with Santa, low cost microchipping and rabies vaccinations, and pet related vendors. Vaccinated pets on leashes welcomed.

End of the World 5K
Jim Miller Park. Friday, 8:30 p.m. $40.
If setting a new PR is how you want to celebrate the end of the world, the End of the World 5K is for you. Feel free to dress in your favorite “end of the world” attire, whatever that may be. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Center for Chidren & Young Adults which provides residential care for homeless children and youth in state custody.
